Matt Guerin

Matt Guerin has extensive experience in media management and information systems, currently serving as Supervisor for Content Lifecycle Operations at CBC since November 2004. In this role, Matt oversees video, audio, and still media management teams, ensuring efficient organization and protection of content for production and archival needs. Prior to this position, Matt held roles including Library Coordinator and Senior Media Librarian at CBC, contributing to media documentation and preservation. Matt's background includes experience as a freelance reporter for Xtra Magazine, serving as Executive Assistant to Caroline DiCocco, and working in various capacities within Ontario's political landscape. Matt holds a Certificate in Journalism from Humber College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
