Pooja Joshi

Pooja Joshi is a storyteller and stand-up comic with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. They served as a Producer and Senior Communication Officer at CBC since 2018 and held various roles such as Writer and Producer at Channel Zero Inc. and Script Coordinator at DHX Media. Pooja has also contributed as an Editor and Switcher at Asian Television Network International Ltd and participated in multiple capacities in the theater as an Actor, Playwright, and Director from 2011 to 2015. They currently chair the Visible Women Employee Resource Group at CBC/Radio-Canada, emphasizing their commitment to inclusivity in the workplace. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University, where they were a member of the Dean’s Honour Roll.
