Richard Dobbs

Richard Dobbs is a Technical Senior Advisor in Transmission Engineering at CBC, where they manage multiple capital projects for Canada's national broadcaster. With 36 years of experience in the broadcast and satellite communications field, Richard has expertise in program and product management, design, and production engineering. They previously served as a Global Product Manager and a Business Development Manager, achieving significant growth in order bookings and new business ventures. Richard is also a Captain with the Canadian Forces Cadet Instructors Cadre, where they oversee training programs and development. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from Lancaster University and a marketing certificate from Sheridan College.
