Richard Gregor

Richard Gregor has extensive experience in the energy conservation and architectural design sectors. Currently, Richard serves as a Partner at Hickory Corporation and Commercial Energy Consultants, focusing on building assessments and energy-saving strategies. Additionally, Richard has held a Consultant position at CBC and serves as Vice President at Commercial Building Consultants, LLC. As Principal at Engineered Architecture, Inc. since 1979, Richard has been involved in providing innovative engineering and architectural solutions. Previous roles include Adjunct at Maine Maritime Academy and Vice President at Gregor Productions. Richard’s educational background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Swarthmore College and Dartmouth College. Richard also contributed as a member of ASHRAE and served as a judge for the US First Robotics Competition.
