Ryan Long

Ryan Long is a versatile creative professional with extensive experience in video content creation, comedy, and music. Currently serving as the Head of Video at The Hard Times since 2017, Ryan also creates the successful digital series Torontopia for CBC Comedy, which satirizes Toronto culture. Long's creativity is further showcased through the reality satire series Ryan Long is Challenged, where unique weekly challenges are completed amidst ambush comedy and scripted segments. As a musician, Ryan is the singer, frontman, and producer for The Johnstones, a band that has achieved notable success with multiple album releases and international tours. Previously, Long starred in and created the mock/reality comedy series Crown the Town with Ryan Long. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Guelph.
