Sameer Chhabra

Sameer Chhabra is an experienced media professional with a strong background in journalism and production. Currently serving as an Associate Producer and Web Reporter at CBC since December 2018, Sameer previously held positions at MobileSyrup as a host, producer, and editor for the Viewer Experience podcast, which intersects technology with pop culture. Earlier roles include news and telecom reporter at CBC and editorial intern focusing on health, science, and technology. Sameer has also crafted advertorials for local businesses at Metroland Media Group and contributed as an editor and content coordinator for Western University Report. Sameer holds a Master’s Degree in Media in Journalism and Communication from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Guelph.
