Sandra Wills

Sandra Wills is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CBC since November 2017, Sandra collaborates with diverse stakeholder groups to advance organizational goals. Past roles include Practice Manager at Avalon Animal Hospital, Manager of Human Resources at Telelink, and human resources management responsibilities at WorleyParsons and SNC-Lavalin. Notably, Sandra served as Director of Strategic Human Resources for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, overseeing multiple departments, and was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Grant Thornton LLP, responsible for all Newfoundland offices. Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Memorial University, complemented by additional education from the University of Windsor and Olds College.
