Shiva Reddy is an experienced sommelier and food and beverage expert with a robust career spanning several years in the hospitality industry. Currently, Shiva serves as a sommelier at Burdock & Co since April 2022 and contributes as a food and beverage columnist for CBC's On the Coast. Since November 2020, Shiva has been a television presenter for Not Your Butter Chicken, sharing the stories of South Asians through food and wine across Canada. Additional roles include mentoring for the AgriDiversity Program with VINICA Education Society, serving as a beverage judge for Vancouver Magazine, and holding various positions such as executive wine director at Collective Hospitality and Osteria Savio Volpe Group. Education includes a Level 4 Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
