Sidney Pinto

Sidney Pinto, MIRHR, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources & Industrial Relations at CBC, providing strategic guidance to executives and mentoring HR leaders on employee and labor relations. With significant experience at CBC since 2015 in various HR roles, Sidney has been instrumental in establishing HR best practices and managing investigations into high-level policy breaches. Prior roles include Director of Employee and Labour Relations at Fleming College and Human Resources Advisor at Rogers Communications. Sidney holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trent University.
