Stephen Ripley

Stephen Ripley is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and content management. Currently serving as a Producer at CBC since April 2018, Stephen previously held the position of Editor In Chief at Regina Leader Post Group Inc., where leadership was demonstrated by managing a newsroom of over 30 journalists during significant industry changes. Prior roles include Director of Content at MyToba.ca, Editor-in-Chief, Interim Publisher & CEO, and Managing Editor at Winnipeg Sun, where strategic oversight was provided for a multi-platform media company and a newsroom of 45 journalists. Stephen's career began as a Reporter/Editor at Kenora Daily Miner & News. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Print Journalism from Lethbridge Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
