David O'Connor is a Senior Electrical Lead and Group Lead for Buildings Ontario at CBCL Limited since October 2021. Previously, David worked as an Electrical Engineer at NORR from August 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included BIM instruction, design, modeling, management, and project management. Prior to this, David served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Wood, Banani, Bouthilette, Parizeau Inc., and as a Junior Project Engineer, focusing on electrical design of buildings using CAD and Revit from May 2011 to August 2015. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Carleton University.
