Robert Lynch

Robert Lynch is a seasoned civil technician currently serving as a Senior Civil Technician at CBCL Limited since June 2023. With over 15 years of experience in various technical roles at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, including Design Approval Technician II and Engineering Technician III, Robert has built a robust foundation in civil engineering. Previously, Robert held the position of Civil Road Tech with the Nalcor Energy-Lower Churchill Project for a brief period in 2016-2017. Education includes a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technician from Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology, attained between 1999 and 2001, and a diploma from Manitouwadge High School, completed from 1994 to 1998.
