CBD Realty Partners is a boutique real estate development firm that believes bigger is not always better. This gives us a unique advantage in the marketplace by offering our clients, not only best in class service and unit economics, but the ability to work directly with CBD’s principles every step of the way.

CBD was formed in 2017 by Collin Lasater, Brad Cruickshank and David Drake to bring together each of their over 20 years of experience in tenant representation, site location, construction and disposition of commercial properties. This extensive skill set offers our clients a complete, turn-key development solution.
