Dan Prasad

Dan Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CBDfx since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at NOW CFO starting from May 2015. From December 2018 to September 2019, they held the position of COO at Koni Hospitality. Before that, they served as the COO of Smoke Free Technologies, Inc., DBA. VaporBeast.com from April 2016 to July 2018. From August 2012 to April 2016, they worked as a CFO at PureForge. Dan also served as the Vice President of Accounting at TAG from January 2012 to August 2012. Dan Prasad started their career as a Partner at a Private Investment Group/Venture Capital in August 2004, where they worked until August 2012. Dan also served as a Consulting CFO at PureForge from 2011 to 2012 and as a Partner at CCW Fixtures from January 2005 to November 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President at TurnKey, Inc. from May 1999 to December 2004.

Dan Prasad attended San Diego State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Strategy and Implementation at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business.
