Michael O'Donnell has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Field Service Engineer at CBE Ltd since February 2015, where responsibilities include the installation and servicing of Epos systems in various sectors, along with project planning for new installations. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Cashier at Sporting Bookmakers from November 2010 to September 2014 and gained valuable skills during a summer internship at Ex Ordo in May 2013. Michael's career started as a Sales Assistant at Gr8 movies from August 2008 to July 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Galway, completed in 2014, and a Leaving Certificate in General Studies from St. Brendan's College, attained in 2010.
