John Pulley

John Pulley, PE, currently serves as the Vice President of MEP Services at City Building & Engineering Services, LLC, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Project Manager at CoolSys Energy Design - Consulting Engineers from June 2018 to February 2022, and also at Energy Squared, LLC, from September 2011 to February 2022. John's early career included significant experience as a Senior Project Manager at Clive Samuels & Associates and a Project Manager at DLB Associates, where expertise was developed in managing projects for major supermarket clients. John began as a Junior Engineer with Pathmark Stores, Inc., advancing through roles that focused on energy management and construction compliance. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, John has a solid foundation in engineering principles and project management.
