Timothy Schmidt

Timothy Schmidt is a seasoned EMS/BAS Engineer and Commissioning Agent with extensive experience at City Building & Engineering Services, LLC since October 2012, providing technical support for over 700 retail locations across Virginia to New England. Responsibilities include managing EMS/BAS controls, technical support for various control manufacturers, and maintaining data information for the entire portfolio. As an EMS Engineer at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd since December 2017, Timothy continues to offer primary technical support for over 750 retail sites. Previous experience includes roles as EMS Supervisor and Lead Electronics Specialist at Ahold Delhaize, overseeing monitoring accounts and maintaining IT equipment across more than 200 stores. Timothy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Network Technology, along with several certifications in networking and information technology from the Community College of Baltimore County.
