Dyson Richards

Dyson Richards has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dyson currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at cBEYONData since January 2021. Prior to that, Dyson served as the Senior Vice President at Xcelerate Solutions from August 2019 to January 2021. Dyson also held the role of Vice President at USfalcon from February 2018 to July 2019.

Dyson's earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President at RGS (acquired by USfalcon) from July 2004 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at American Management Systems from May 2003 to June 2004, responsible for technology sales to various government sectors.

Dyson also held leadership positions at Vredenburg as the Director of Sales & Marketing from January 2002 to May 2003 and as the Vice President of Public Sector at Lexign (formerly Keyfile Corporation) from August 1998 to January 2002. Dyson worked as a Business Area Manager at RGS Associates, Inc. from April 1994 to August 1998.

Prior to transitioning into the private sector, Dyson started their career as a Logistics Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding, A Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries from January 1991 to April 1994. Dyson served in the US Navy as a Chief Machinist Mate from 1982 to 1991.

Throughout their career, Dyson has accumulated diverse experience and expertise in executive leadership, sales and marketing, and technology sales to government organizations.

Dyson Richards has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Dyson completed this degree program from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The New School between 1984 and 1988.
