Caleb Pan

Caleb Pan is an experienced project delivery lead, currently working at CBH Group since July 2023 on grain receival sites and accommodation projects. Prior to this role, Caleb served as a project engineer at Fortescue Metals Group, where responsibilities included the Eliwana Flying Fish Exploration Camp removal and the refurbishment of the Solomon Castle Camp, as well as the expansion of Eliwana Kartajirri Camp. Previous experience includes site engineering positions at BMD Group, focusing on the Tonkin Gap Project and the Morley Ellenbrook Line Rail Enabling Works, and at John Holland on the Metronet Claremont Station Project. Early career experience includes site engineering roles at DTMT Construction on various Rio Tinto and BHP projects, and an engineering internship at Sepakat Setia Perunding Sdn Bhd. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia.
