Richard Codling

Richard Codling is the Chief Legal, Risk & Governance Officer and Company Secretary at CBH Group, where they sit on the Executive Committee and ensure the effectiveness of the organization's legal, risk, and governance functions. Richard previously served as Group General Counsel at CBH Group from 2008 to 2022 and held various legal roles at other organizations, including Director at C.B.H. Superannuation Pty Ltd and Company Secretary at Wheat Australia Pty Ltd. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Western Australia and completed an Advanced Management Programme with the University of Western Australia and Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, Richard is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
