Sheldon Ford

Sheldon Ford is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CBH Group since November 2022, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at Aerison Group Limited and as a Mechanical Project Engineer at UC RUSAL. At UC RUSAL, responsibilities included managing CAPEX and OPEX projects at a major Alumina refinery, overseeing project budgets, scheduling, and leading risk assessments. Notable achievements include the development of a best practice manual for insulation jacket management and the successful retubing of heat exchangers. Previously, at Illovo Sugar Africa, Sheldon Ford served as a Maintenance Engineer, enhancing equipment reliability and production efficiency across multiple mechanical maintenance departments. Additionally, Ford participated in a structured graduate program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, following foundational mechanical studies at Umgungundlovu FET College.
