Dayl Walker is currently the Program Director at CBIA, having held a series of program management roles within the Connecticut Business & Industry Association since 1992. With extensive experience in program management, Dayl has contributed to the organization since 1996, and has been involved with the Ct. Business & Industry Assn. since 1999. Dayl earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in 1981.
