Kathy Saint is the President and CEO of Schwerdtle Inc., a manufacturer specializing in tooling for the metal and plastics industry. As a 4th generation owner, Kathy shapes the company’s vision to meet customer needs. They have served on various boards, including the Manufacturing Advisory Council at CBIA and the Advanced Manufacturing Center Board at Housatonic Community College, while also holding positions on advisory boards at Central Connecticut State University and the University of Connecticut. Currently, Kathy is pursuing a degree in English Language and Literature at Central Connecticut State University.
