Shaik Asif has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Administration. shaik began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Manager-HR & Administration at Sree Giritej Iron & Steel PVT Ltd, where they were responsible for Man Power Planning, Handling Complete Recruitment Life Cycle, Wage and Salary Administration, Time Management, Maintaining Statutory Records, Performance Appraisal, Handling Grievances Problems, Implementing Organizational Activities, Implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental Procedures, Handling Guidance & Counseling, Conducting Review Meetings regarding HR Policies, and Looking after General admin. In 2013, they moved to Greentech Industries Pvt. Ltd as Asst. Manager, where they were responsible for Roles and Responsibilities as Asst. Mgr. Admin. Finally, in 2014, they joined Cbit Technologies as Senior Manager-Administration & HR.

Shaik Asif obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Sri Venkateswara University between 1994 and 1997. shaik then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Magadh University between 2007 and 2009.
