Ari Kandel

Ari Kandel has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. They worked as a Health & Welfare Employee Benefits Consultant at Fitzmaurice Companies from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Health & Welfare Benefits Specialist at Guardian Life. They then joined Aon Hewitt as an Assistant Vice President from 2006 to 2017. In 2017, Ari joined NICG as a Vice President, Benefit Strategy, where they worked until 2018. Since 2018, Ari has been serving as the Vice President, Benefits and Insurance at CBIZ. Additionally, in 2014, Ari started their own business, Real World Self-Defense and Internal Martial Arts, LLC, focused on teaching effective self-defense and the art of Guided Chaos.

Ari Kandel attended Columbia University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
