Bick Robbins has a wealth of experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Bick started their career as Vice President & General Counsel at C&B Consulting Group in 1984. Bick then moved on to become a Regional Consulting Attorney at A. Foster Higgins, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. Robbins then joined Willis Corroon as Vice President, National Benefits Division from 1991 to 1993. In 1993, they became the Owner of Robbins & Gardner, LLC until 1998. From 1998 to 2010, they served as CEO of National Benefit Alliance, LLC. In 2010, they joined CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. where they held various roles including Business Unit President and President of the Government Contracting Practice. Bick also served as President of CBIZ National Benefit Alliance.

Bick Robbins obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1973 to 1978. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from BYU Law School from 1978 to 1981.
