Brendan Donovan

Brendan Donovan, CPA, MSA, is a Managing Director in the Accounting and Auditing Group at CBIZ, where they also serve as the Co-Leader of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice in New England. With nearly 20 years of experience, Brendan specializes in supporting private equity and venture capital firms, investment companies, and privately-held companies through valuation methodologies, auditing, and financial consulting. Brendan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). They earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
