Brian Roe is the Managing Director of the Tangible Asset Practice for CBIZ Valuation Group, where they leverage over 30 years of experience in the professional appraisal industry. In this role since 2014, Brian collaborates with large companies, governments, educational institutions, and healthcare clients to develop solutions related to fixed asset values and insurance valuations. Brian’s expertise spans multiple disciplines, including real estate, machinery and equipment, business enterprise, and intangible asset valuations, supporting fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, and due diligence. Prior to their current position, Brian held leadership roles at American Appraisal Associates and AssetLink, Inc.
