Christine Hoffman

Christine Hoffman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax incentives, payroll systems, and operations integration. Currently serving as Manager of Tax Incentives at CBIZ since July 2020, Christine specializes in guiding clients through state and local incentives and ensuring compliance with economic development authorities. Previously, as Manager of Payroll Systems at Kindred at Home, Christine oversaw the payroll for 40,000 employees and improved system processes. At MarksNelson LLC, Christine led the state and local tax practice, enhancing client investments through tax credits and incentives. Christine also owned and successfully managed The Bear Factory, achieving significant profit growth as an online business. Earlier experience at Sprint included directing operations integration during the Sprint/Nextel merger. Christine holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University.
