Cole Lerch partners with construction and real estate leaders to align their insurance strategies with business growth. Currently a Senior Risk Advisor at CBIZ and a Realtor at eXp Realty, Cole leverages analytics to help clients reclaim their profits. Previously, they served as a Client Advocate at Aon and participated in Gamma Iota Sigma. Cole is also an active Board Member at the Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley. They graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2021.
