Connor Pegues

Connor Pegues is a Cybersecurity and IT Risk Advisory Manager at CBIZ, where they develop and market information security audit services. Previously, they served as a Risk Advisory Staff Associate at Marcum LLP, conducting fieldwork and developing security baseline controls. Connor began their professional journey as a Sergeant with the 1st Battalion 7th Marines, where they trained and led teams through combat deployments. They also worked as a Veteran's Ambassador for the Department of Veterans Affairs, aiding in veterans' transitions to civilian life. Connor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Tampa and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at The University of Alabama.
