Dan Vitulli, CPA, is the Managing Director at CBiz, following a significant tenure as the National Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Group at Marcum LLP. With over two decades of experience in real estate, Dan has led efforts in financial statement audits, securitizations, and fair value reporting consultation. Prior to Marcum, Dan was the Managing Partner at Cornerstone Accounting Group, overseeing operations and managing critical audits and financial projects. Dan earned a B.A. in Accounting from Pace University and holds certifications as a CPA in New York and New Jersey.
