James Harmon has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. James has served in various leadership roles, including Business Unit President at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. and Managing Partner at QBA Benefits, LLC. James has been recognized as a national thought leader and has spoken at conferences on employee benefits. James has also provided benefit consulting and innovative plan designs to help control costs and increase employee satisfaction.

James Harmon obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Long Island University, Southampton Campus, between the years 1979 and 1983.
