Laura Rodgers

Laura Rodgers, MBA, CPA, is a strategic operations director with over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry. They began their career as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen, later transitioning into an operations management role where they managed financial, human resources, and risk management functions. At KPMG, Laura served as Operations Manager before joining CBIZ, where they became a key member of the National Tax Office, leading initiatives in software implementation and operational standardization. Laura's leadership played a significant role in numerous acquisition integrations and the establishment of innovative practices within the national tax practice. They are currently continuing their education at Rockhurst University.
