Mandy Hato

Mandy Hato has extensive expertise in training administration and event management, with a career that includes notable positions at CBIZ and other organizations. Initially serving as a Training Administrator at CBIZ from November 2006 to December 2011, Mandy was responsible for coordinating training sessions and managing logistics for the annual conference. Subsequently, as Learning & Development Senior Manager, responsibilities expanded to strategizing with executives and overseeing over 30 meetings and 100 webinars annually, including budgeting and vendor management. Following a role as Trade Show Manager at Covance and a Trade Show Coordinator at Perceptive Software, Mandy returned to CBIZ in March 2024 as the Director of Meetings & Events, continuing to demonstrate a strong ability to manage complex events and training initiatives effectively.
