Mark Baran

Mark Baran is currently the Managing Director of the National Tax Office at CBIZ. Previously, Mark served as Counsel at Powell Goldstein LLP and held various roles including Senior Attorney at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Senior Counsel/Director at the American Bankers Association. Mark also worked as a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP. Mark is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation at Emory University School of Law, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, and has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Florida.
