With over twenty years of experience in public accounting, they have led international tax practices at Marcum LLP and previously served as a founding partner at Chaves & Armstrong PA. Mark's expertise encompasses domestic and international tax planning, structuring mergers, acquisitions, and complex auditing. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Queens College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University.
