Michael Gleespen is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in corporate law. From 1998 to 2023, they served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CBIZ, Inc., where they advised senior management and coordinated legal services across numerous subsidiaries. Prior to that, Michael held positions including Associate Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office and Staff Attorney in the Death Penalty Division. Michael is currently Of Counsel to the Legal Department of CBIZ, Inc. and holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. from The University of Cincinnati.
