Michael Mangan

Michael Mangan is a seasoned Chief Accounting Officer with extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Previously, they served as Treasurer at OM Group, managing corporate treasury functions and playing a key role in M&A activities amounting to over $1.5 billion. They also held senior positions at Nordson Corporation and Ernst & Young, focusing on financial reporting and audit processes. Currently, Michael is the Vice President and Corporate Controller at CBIZ, overseeing all accounting functions and financial planning. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from John Carroll University.
