Michael O'Day

Michael O'Day, CPA, is the Managing Director at CBIZ in the Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) Practice, where they collaborate with private and public companies to navigate complex financial reporting challenges. Since 2021, Michael has played a crucial role in supporting executive management teams across diverse industries such as life sciences, technology, and manufacturing. Prior to joining CBIZ, Michael worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2008 to 2021 and briefly as a Risk Management Intern at Barclays Capital in 2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Boston University, which they completed in 2008.
