They have previously held positions at Crowe and RSM US LLP, where they advanced through roles including Tax Manager and Senior Manager in National Pass-Through Tax Consulting. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University and a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Currently, they lead Boulay’s private equity and search fund tax team, providing comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services to various industries.
