Neil Prasad

Neil Prasad is a partner in Marcum's Assurance and Transaction Services groups, having garnered over 20 years of experience in consulting on SEC policies and providing assurance services to publicly traded companies. They have advised clients through various complex transactions such as initial public offerings and reverse mergers. Currently, Neil serves as a shareholder at CBIZ CPAs, P.C. and the managing director at CBIZ, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, which they completed in 1997.
