Patrick Mumman

Patrick Mumman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Development - Origination at CBIZ, where they actively seek companies for potential mergers and acquisitions to support CBIZ's growth strategy. Prior to this, Patrick worked at H&R Block, where they held roles such as Acquisitions & Franchise Development Manager and Senior Acquisitions and Development Manager. In these positions, they focused on expanding H&R Block's market share through mergers, acquisitions, and the conversion of independent tax preparation companies into co-branded H&R Block franchises. Before their time at H&R Block, Patrick was the M&A and Franchise Development Director at GMAC Home Services, where they grew the franchise network and facilitated mergers and acquisitions. Patrick also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Toppers LLC, where they increased sales through relationship-building and expanding brand awareness. Patrick began their career as a Marketing Manager at Edmund Optics and a Consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Patrick Mumman attended Cherry Hill High School East from 1986 to 1990, where they did not obtain a degree or focus on a particular field of study. Patrick then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resources at Arizona State University from 1990 to 1995. In 2015, Patrick enrolled in the Harvard Law School's Executive Education program, specializing in Negotiation and Leadership. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from H&R Block in 2019, Harvard Law School - Program on Negotiation in 2015, HighGain CORE Listening Sales Skills from GMAC Home Services in 2007, ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification from Edmund Optics in 1999, and OSHA 30 Hour Certification from Clean Harbors in 1996.
