Shaun McClung

Shaun McClung is a Managing Director and Shareholder who provides tax consulting and compliance services to privately held and private equity-owned companies across various industries. They have extensive experience in tax consulting, due diligence, partnership allocation modeling, and entity restructuring. Shaun began their career as a Fund Accountant at Vanguard and later developed their expertise at Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP before joining CBIZ in 2010. They hold a BS in Finance from West Chester University and are a CPA in Florida and Pennsylvania.
