Sibi Thomas is a CPA and CFE with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit audit and advisory services. They currently serve as Managing Director and Shareholder at CBIZ, where they lead external audits and technology-enabled advisory projects that enhance financial transparency and compliance for mission-driven organizations. Sibi's expertise includes integrating data analytics and AI tools into audit processes, which they leverage to drive innovation and efficiency. They have held various roles, including Adjunct Faculty at New York University and member of esteemed panels such as the AICPA's Not-for-Profit Entities Expert Panel. Sibi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, alongside additional certifications in data analytics and AI.
