Ben Staples

Ben Staples, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at CBL Properties since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity at Kenco Group from January 2019 to May 2023. Ben's extensive experience in human resources includes positions such as Director of Human Resources at AT&T and Human Resources Manager at Eaton Corporation. Ben began career in human resources as a Recruiter at Highmark after working as a Sr. Pharmaceuticals Sales Rep at GlaxoSmithKline. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
