Eric Griffith

Eric Griffith is currently the VP of Mall Leasing at CBL Properties. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Eric started their career as a Leasing Manager at Crown American Realty Trust in August 1997. Eric was with Crown American for just over three years before moving on to PREIT in March 2001, where they served as Senior Leasing Manager for three years. Eric has been with CBL Properties since June 2004 and has been instrumental in leasing over 75 properties during their time there.

Eric Griffith graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.

Eric Griffith reports to Stephen Lebovitz, CEO. They are on a team with Brad Hendrix - VP, Legal, Jon Meshel - SVP, Redevelopment, and Matt Holligan - VP, Management.
