Kelsie Mitchell

Kelsie Mitchell is an experienced legal professional specializing in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at CBL Properties since January 2020, Kelsie focuses on commercial real estate transactions, development, and leasing within a significant real estate investment trust managing nearly 100 regional shopping centers. Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as an Associate at Husch Blackwell LLP from September 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included negotiating leases and agreements for national tenants. Kelsie holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law (2014) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business (2010), with additional studies at the University of Oxford and The University of Akron.
