VP, Specialty Leasing at CBL Properties

Lisa Harper has been working in the specialty leasing industry for over 20 years. Lisa started their career as an assistant general manager at FP&Associates, Inc. in May 1989. In this role, they were responsible for the specialty leasing program, which included canvassing, deal negotiation, document preparation, legal changes, and budgeting. Lisa also worked with tenants to ensure they adhered to the visual standards of the shopping center and created marketing materials to promote the program and tenants. In March 2002, they left FP&Associates to join CBL Properties as their VP of Specialty Leasing.

At CBL Properties, Lisa is responsible for overseeing the specialty leasing program, which includes working with tenants to ensure they are meeting their obligations and working with manufacturers to create RMUs that enhance the shopping center. Lisa also handles rent and sales collections, and is responsible for tenant sales reporting, data entry, and percentage rent billing. Additionally, they oversee customer service employees, dealing with day-to-day communications and interface with tenants, customers, and contractors.

Lisa Harper attended Texas Tech University, Brookhaven Community College, and McLennan Community College.
