Mark Voydanoff

Mark Voydanoff, CMD, SLD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Specialty Leasing and Advertising at CBL Properties since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President of Business Development at JLL from August 2020 to August 2023, and served as Director of New Business Development at Starwood Retail Partners from April 2018 to July 2020. Mark's extensive experience in the industry also includes roles such as National Accounts Manager at Starwood and Director of Specialty Leasing National Accounts at PREIT between March 2016 and April 2018. Mark started a long career at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., where responsibilities included Regional Director of Specialty Leasing and Assistant General Manager from January 2006 to March 2016. Earlier in Mark's career, positions included Specialty Leasing Manager and Marketing Director at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
